We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, as each of our Print is custom sized, we start processing your order soon after receiving it. Hence, we have a cancellation policy in place that you need to follow if you wish to cancel your order.
Cancellation within 24 Hours:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Reach out to our customer support team on support@bhannatt.com. We will process your cancellation request as soon as we receive it and issue a full refund.
Please note that we won’t be able to cancel your order if you have already received a shipping confirmation email from us. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot stop it from being delivered.
Cancellation after 24 Hours:
After 24 hours of placing your order, we won’t be able to cancel it as the production process has started. We urge you to review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
However, in case you have received a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement or refund as per our exchange policy. Please refer to our exchange policy section for more information.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Each Print is custom made once you place an order. Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded for production, it’s not possible to cancel orders. Bhannat.in accepts cancellations and exchanges in special cases only.
However, we do allow cancellation at any time within 24 hours of order placement (Please read our Cancellation Policy). You can drop an email at support@bhannatt.com with your order number, and we’ll cancel it right away.
A lot of care & effort goes into preparing your Print and getting it delivered to you safely and securely. Please Note that each Print is custom made, meaning we start working on your Print after you place your order. Due to this, we offer exchange only on special cases.
Received a damaged Print
Received the wrong Print
If by chance you happen to receive a damaged Print, please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate an exchange*.
*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:
– Proof of damage
– Order Number
*All exchanges will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.
